Full wedding planning & Coordination
Step-by-step guidance in the planning and execution of your wedding.
We handle everything from budget management and venue/vendor contract reviews, along with creative input into theme development and how it relates to decor, stationery, food and attire. We provide onsite direction and supervision at the rehearsal, ceremony, wedding photos and reception. Planning schedules and a day of timetable are also created. This service starts around eight months to one year before your wedding.

Month-Of Coordination
You’ve planned your wedding, now sit back and let us bring it to life. There are a lot of moving pieces and people behind the scenes, and we are here to coordinate everything so your wedding goes smoothly. This includes creation of a detailed day-of timetable, coordination with each venue and vendor contact on day-of instructions, supervision of wedding rehearsal, and supervision and assistance for all wedding day activities. This service starts around eight months to one year before your wedding.

wedding Consultation
An in-person meeting focusing on the important decisions and little details you need to considered when planning the wedding of your dreams. We walk you through a month-by-month planning timetable, discuss working within your budget, highlight often overlooked decisions and potential challenges, provide you with insider tips on selecting the right venue and vendors, and address any specific concerns you may have in planning and executing your big day. This fun meet-up is budget friendly option for DIYers.
