the Wldflower creative allows you to not only survive the wedding planning process, but enjoy it. With our planning and coordination services we can design, plan, and implement the wedding of your wildest dreams. We follow the same framework with every wedding. This consistency allows us to be extremely efficient and expert in our execution. It also allows us to constantly improve our service and establishes great relationships with our clients, venues and vendors.

initial meeting

Every potential client gets an initial meeting, at no extra cost, to ensure a Wldflower planner is right for you and your big day. We want to get to know the two of you, your journey so far, and what your hopes are for your wedding day. Perhaps you have already established a budget and have begun looking at venues. Or, perhaps we are your first stop! Either way, we are excited you have considered us. The initial meeting will also give us the opportunity to review how we work, provide you with details on our planning process and share our past work with you.

Depending on where you are in your wedding planning journey, you will either hire us for Full Planning or Month-Of Coordination. Learn more about our services here.

Planning

Have your wedding planned by a WPIC Certified Wedding Planner. With this education, we are all set to assist in the planning of your big day with grit and grace. The Planning phase can take anywhere from a few months to a year, and wraps up 1-2 weeks before your wedding.

Coordination

Even the sweetest and simplest of weddings comes with many moving parts. After Planning the details of the wedding, we can begin Coordination. The goal of Coordination is to have your wedding day go according to plan. In other words, the wedding of your dreams has been planned, now let’s make it happen! Coordination begins a few weeks before your wedding day and takes us right to the end of your wedding reception.
